Throughout the 2010 Season we will be hosting several amazing and talented fly tyers and anglers to give demonstrations and talks on our favorite sport.

And Every Sunday ...
...we host a Free Round Table Fly Tying Participation Group commonly referred to as "The Fly Tying Club" at Noon. Bring your gear and throw your worst joke into the mix. Everyone else does. If you don't have any fly tying gear you can borrow a vise and a hook or two to to get into the swing of the fly tying madness.

Class Calendar

For complete course descriptions, registration, tuition and fees, please see our Education Page.
Pre-registration is required to insure that the classes are not be canceled due to a lack of enrollment.

Some classes are offered "On Demand" only (or in some cases not at all) during the cold months.  These include "Fly Casting 101", "Entymology 101", and "Fly Fishing for Kids".


MARCH
  • Fly Tying 101 (Beginning Fly Tying)  6pm-8:30pm, This is a three week class held on March 8, 15 and 22.
  • Fly Tying 201 (Intermediate Fly Tying)  6pm-8:30pm, This is a three week class held on March 9, 16 and 23.
  • Fly Fishing 101 Section 1 of 2 (Beginning Fly Fishing)  6pm-8:30pm - This one week class will be held on March 4, 11, 18 or 25. This section of Fly Fishing 101 is taught in the shop classroom.
  • Fly Fishing 101 Section 2 of 2 (Beginning Fly Fishing)  9am-3:00pm - This one week class will be held on March 6, 13, 20 or 27.  This section of Fly Fishing 101 takes place on the water and as weather permits - we will reschedule if weather makes the class impossible.


APRIL
  • Fly Tying 101 (Beginning Fly Tying)  6pm-8:30pm, This is a three week class held on April 12, 19 and 26.
  • Fly Tying 201 (Intermediate Fly Tying)  6pm-8:30pm, This is a three week class held on April 13, 20 and 27.
  • Fly Fishing 101 Section 1 of 2 (Beginning Fly Fishing)  6pm-8:30pm - This one week class will be held on April 1, 8, 15, 22 or 29.  This section of Fly Fishing 101 is taught in the shop classroom.
  • Fly Fishing 101 Section 2 of 2 (Beginning Fly Fishing)  9am-3:00pm - This one week class will be held on April 3, 10, 17, 24 or May 1.  This section of Fly Fishing 101 takes place on the water and as weather permits - we will reschedule if weather makes the class impossible.


MAY
  • Fly Tying 101 (Beginning Fly Tying)  6pm-8:30pm, This is a three week class held on May 10, 17 and 24.
