Free Shipping Policy |

UPS & the United States Postal Service are our shipping agents for most free shipping services. We package and post all orders as soon as they are received, but there are no guarantees on delivery times for the free shipping option. |

Overnight Shipping
- We will be glad to arrange any special shipping needs you may have, just tell us what you need and we will get a price for your approval.
- For same day shipments the order must be received by Noon MST. "Next Day Delivery" orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Our standard pickup & delivery days via UPS do not include weekends or holidays unless you ask for it. Please call If you have any questions.
- Rates for special deliveries vary depending on services, package weight, and destination. We will send confirmation of product availability and shipping costs on special deliveries and will not actually ship until all costs and specifics have been approved by you. Please call us at (720) 920-9780 for any special shipping needs so we can move as quickly as possible.

International or Overseas Shipping
- A variety of shipping methods are available to our overseas customers. A quote can be provided for the different services available. Please call, fax, or e-mail for specific rates. Any taxes or duties applied to your shipment by the destination country will have to be paid by you.
- Overseas shipments are carefully tracked and charges will apply.

| Note About Shipping |
- If the buyer chooses to refuse the shipment and the shipment is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges or a 15% restocking fee, whichever is greater.
- "International" and "overseas" refer to any destination outside the contiguous United States. Hawaii and Alaska are considered overseas shipments.

Processing Orders
- We process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. All in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days, via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground Service, you can expect to receive your order in 5-7 business days (within the contiguous US).
- Normal store hours are Monday-Tuesday, 10am - 5pm, Wednesday-Thursday 10am - 7pm, Saturday, 9am - 6pm, and Sunday 11am - 4pm, all times are MST. Other hours are by appointment.
- Hook Flyfishing is not responsible in any way for delivery delays due to carrier problems.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX. We will also accept Check, Western Union and Money Orders but please call first.
- Prices and payments are in US Dollars.

- Orders can be placed via telephone at (720) 920-9780 during normal business hours (see above). Please do not leave a message for an order.
- Fax Orders
- Orders can be placed via fax at (720) 920-9788. Please be sure to include your telephone number on the fax in case there is any question about your order and follow the fax with an actual phone call to be sure it arrived - don't worry, we're nice to talk to, one of us is even comedic.
- Online Orders
- Our website is a secure shopping cart system. Your personal information is very safe. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order when it is shipped and we provide tracking information, via e-mail, for domestic orders.

RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY

Contact us immediately if you find any problem with your purchase. Please phone, fax or email for the quickest response.
- Returns
- ALL returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. The original sales receipt, or a copy including all pertinent information (name, address, daytime phone, email address, date of purchase, and reason for return) must be included.
- The shipping cost of returned merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless a product is defective, damaged or you were shipped the wrong item. Although shipping is often free for you, our customer, it is a cost we pay. If you request a refund because you ordered the wrong product, be aware that the cost of shipping your product has already been paid by us to another agent and is non-refundable. However, If we shipped you the wrong product we will be glad to refund those shipping costs. We stand accountable, as should everyone.
- All returned products are required to be in "new" condition. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge.
- Exchanges
- Replacement products sent in exchange for a different size, color or similar item will be shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS Ground at no charge to you.
- Any replacement item shipped will be invoiced but not charged. If the original purchase is returned within 10 days, appropriate credit will be issued. If not, the replacement invoice will be charged to the customer's account.
- Defective, Damaged or Wrong Item Sent
- Upon receipt of a defective or damaged product contact us immediately and save all packaging. Likewise, if an item is received in error contact us as soon as possible.
- If a damaged, defective, or wrong item is sent, Hook Flyfishing will provide return postage, arrange for UPS return services or make an adjustment to your account for the cost of return shipping.

PRICE MATCHING POLICY

- If you find one of our products for a lower price, from another authorized dealer, and we can verify that "apples-to-apples" our competitor's price on a delivered product is lower, we will be happy to match the price.
- Price matching is not done for items which are already on their way or actually delivered to you or for items which are not in stock at our store or our competitor's store and, of course, we reserve the right not to match a price. Fair-is-fair.

GUIDE SERVICES & CLASSES

We are a fully licensed, bonded and permitted Colorado Outfitter, License #2759. We only guide waters upon which we are legally permitted to do so.
We are pleased to provide food and beverages for full-day guide services. Half-day guide services and classes do not include food or beverages.
Shuttle services can be arranged for any trip or class. Please call for availability and fees, (720) 920-9780.
We will provide a suggested list of clothing, personal effects and equipment needed for the all of our excursions including classes.
The dates of any trip may change for reasons beyond the control of Hook Flyfishing. The duration or date of any trip may be affected by circumstances including but not limited to, weather, governmental action, staff illness, equipment failure or other factors which may prevent movement into or out of certain areas on certain days.
Fees and Conditions:
Dates or seats in classes can be secured by payment of a 50% deposit of the value of the services to be provided. Private water rod-fees must be paid in full to secure the land for the date requested.
A refundable damage deposit of $150 or a credit card number left on file at the shop is required for rented or borrowed equipment.
You MUST have a fishing license for any fishing done in Colorado. We do not sell Colorado Fishing licenses.
Pursuant to Colorado law, section 12-55.5-105(l)(c) and (1)(d), we are bonded and possess more than the minimum required level of liability insurance and our activities are regulated by the Director of the Division of Registrations in the Department of Regulatory Agencies.
We do not make any warranty or representation of any type, kind or character, whatsoever, as to existing conditions upon said lands and equipment for the purposes of fly fishing or related activities.
Unless specifically requested otherwise, we reserve the right to use your name and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade, and any other lawful purposes.
You as the client must have no physical restrictions which would prohibit your participation in any and all activities offered by us, including fly fishing, hiking, lodging, food or beverage prepared or offered by us or our representatives.
If you do have restrictions, please let us know before-hand and we may be able to design a trip specifically tailored to your needs or situation.
