Hailing from the waters of Maryland's mighty Chesapeake Bay, Tory, A.K.A. "The Painted Man", wandered into Colorado in the spring 1996.  Since then, he has become a fanatic fly angler and fish hunter of all species.  You will also find him volunteering with Project Healing Waters working with disabled Gulf War vets, or 1 on 1 Fishing helping "at risk" youth.  He is extremely patient and will help you learn casting, picking out appropriate flies, or just fine tuning your techniques on the water.
